I've decided that I'm the kind of Mom who lets her kid climb up the slide. Can anyone tell me how to set your internet options so that when you click on an alert (like a yahoo email alert) it will open a new internet window, rather than hijack a window you already have open?

Did you ever notice that Richer was constantly adjusting the top of his uniform in seasons 2 - 7 of TNG? I thought it was because he began to pork up and the costume just wouldn't lay right, but then I noticed that Picard does it now and then, too. Makes you wonder what the hell wardrobe was smoking.
